Our guarantee: If we don't deliver your complete business setup within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake form, you receive a full refund. No questions asked.
7-Day Delivery Guarantee
LaunchKit guarantees delivery of your complete business setup package within 7 business days of receiving all required information from you via our intake form. The 7-day clock starts when your intake form is complete and payment is confirmed.
If we miss this deadline for any reason within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- Delivery not completed within 7 business days of completed intake (within our control)
- Service not delivered as described on our pricing page
- Duplicate charge or billing error
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
- Delays caused by state filing queues, IRS processing times, or government agency backlogs outside our control
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the client
- Change of mind after services have been delivered
- State filing fees (paid directly to state agencies — non-refundable by nature)
- International EIN processing delays (ITIN-based applications may take longer due to IRS requirements)
Add-On Services
Monthly and quarterly add-on services (Website Maintenance, Bookkeeping, Compliance Check) may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once the service has been delivered or initiated.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@launchkit.ventures with your name, order details, and reason for the refund request. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
